Join Our Dynamic Team as a Business Development Coordinator!


As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving sustainable growth for the firm by identifying new market opportunities, coordinating outreach for financial advisors, and enhancing the overall client experience. Rather than relying on cold calls, you will engage with prospective clients who have demonstrated interest through various marketing channels, such as workshops, webinars, radio & TV ads, social media, website inquiries, and YouTube videos.


The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a positive attitude, persistence, and confidence. You will excel at building relationships and providing thoughtful follow-up over phone, email, and text, ensuring each lead feels comfortable and respected. Your efforts help connect interested prospects with our advisory team and foster ongoing growth and satisfaction within our client community.


What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct market research to identify and connect with high-net-worth prospects via telephone, networking and digital platforms
  • Make outbound calls daily to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
  • Accurately input and record all interactions, including calls, emails and appointments in the CRM system to ensure proper workflows
  • Serve as primary point of contact for prospect inquiries and initial consultation scheduling
  • Assist with event coordination and community networking events
  • Collaborate with marketing and advisory teams to ensure successful and consistent prospect experience



Experience You’ll Bring:

  • Two years of experience in sales, business development, or client service preferably within the financial services or insurance sectors
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, Teams), preferred but not required

General Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time 
  • Ability to walk short distances within the office 
  • Ability to lift & carry up to 50lbs 
  • Ability to reach above and below shoulder level to access items or equipment
