As a Paid Search Analyst II, you won’t just manage campaigns—you’ll own outcomes. You’ll lead strategy, execution, and performance for a portfolio of home services clients, acting as both operator and advisor. From optimizing campaigns to guiding client conversations, your work will directly influence lead generation, revenue, and growth.
This is a fully autonomous role for someone who knows how to run accounts end-to-end—and enjoys doing it.
Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across industries like HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and more. - →Be the client’s go-to expert
Lead performance calls, translate data into insights, and confidently recommend next steps that drive real business impact. - →Turn strategy into results
Align campaigns with each client’s operational reality—capacity, geography, and seasonality—so marketing performance matches business needs. - →Test, learn, and improve constantly
Launch A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies—and actually use the results to make smarter decisions. - →Own tracking and data integrity
Ensure conversion tracking works flawlessly across GA4, GTM, ad platforms, and call tracking tools. - →Shape new client success
Audit accounts, build new campaign structures, and play a key role in onboarding. - →Collaborate across channels
Work alongside SEO, content, and CRO teams to create cohesive, performance-driven strategies.
You’re someone who can operate independently but still values collaboration. More specifically:
- 1–3 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally with local or service-based businesses
- Strong command of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, call tracking)
- Confidence working directly with clients and presenting performance insights
- Solid analytical skills—you test ideas, validate with data, and iterate
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (you’re comfortable with pivots, lookups, and reporting)
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience in home services or multi-location businesses
- Familiarity with tools like CallRail or WhatConverts
- Exposure to landing page testing platforms (Unbounce, Leadpages)
- Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar CRMs
- Background in Local Services Ads (LSAs)
- Your accounts consistently hit (or exceed) lead volume and cost targets
- Clients trust you—and stay with you
- Reporting and communication are always clear, timely, and actionable
- Tracking works exactly as it should (no surprises)
- Testing isn’t occasional—it’s part of how you operate
- Fully remote, home office setup
- Independent work with regular client interaction
- Fast-moving, performance-focused team
