Consistent Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 schedule. (no weekends, evenings, or overtime)
Requirements
~1 min readMonday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 schedule. 15-minute a.m. break, 30-minute lunch break, and 15-minute p.m. break in schedule.
Using the company provided computer, log into our internal software program, the client system(s) and other tools such as Microsoft Teams, reference materials, etc. to effectively make and take inbound and outbound calls from the comfort of your own home or our Aurora Office.
Fast pace, high call volume position ranging from 60-100 calls a day on average.
Virtually working with your teammates, supporting and helping fellow reps.
Providing outstanding customer service and collaborate with patients over the phone on affordable payment plans and taking payments by phone.
Using your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document all calls and follow ups in our software systems throughout each day.
Continuously improving, with supportive coaching / feedback from your manager and team leads and ongoing training.
