Responsibilities

  • Innovation & Pipeline Development 
    • Assist in identifying market trends, consumer needs, and whitespace opportunities. 
    • Support the development of innovation pipeline and long-term brand growth strategies. 
    • Lead innovation development with concept/product ideas, packaging, pricing and positioning 
  • Project Management 
    • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales) to ensure timely and successful product development and launch. 
    • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for innovation projects. 
    • Ensure timely updates and coordination with lead market to ensure alignment on project strategy and execution approach 
    • Take projects through the stage gate process, from ideation to launch ( meeting action standards on concept, margins, volumetrics, financials, deletes and wall, product codes, specs etc) 
  • Consumer & Market Insights 
    • Partner with insights teams to conduct qualitative and quantitative research and deliver validated concepts. 
    • Translate consumer feedback into actionable innovation ideas. 
  • Go-to-Market  
    • Support the creation of launch plans  
    • Deliver marketing books and toolkits for markets 
    • Collaborate with creative and media teams to develop compelling marketing assets. 
  • Performance Tracking 
    • Monitor post-launch performance and consumer feedback. 
    • Provide recommendations for optimization and future innovation. 
    • Monitor & track competitive activity and new product launches 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Beauty or CPG 
  • 2+ years of experience in brand management, product development, or innovation. 
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen. 
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities. 
  • Passion for consumer trends, creativity, and innovation. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience in CPG, beauty, or consumer-focused industries. 
  • Familiarity with innovation frameworks (e.g., Stage-Gate, Design Thinking). 
  • Proficiency in tools like Circana, or other market data platforms.

Revlon is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas for this role; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa support.

The base pay range for this position is $80,000 - 100,000 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.

Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
