Pharmacists are supported to practise to the full scope, including:

• Medication reviews
• Patient counselling
• Immunizations and injections
• Minor ailments prescribing
• Diabetes management
• Additional clinical services aligned with your professional interests

Flexible commitment options available, including permanent or fixed-term arrangements.

A minimum 1-year commitment is preferred.

We are seeking a pharmacist who brings strong clinical skills, professionalism, and leadership potential.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum 1+ year(s) of pharmacist experience required
• Eligibility with CPNL to serve as Pharmacist in Charge
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals
• Experience supporting teams and implementing patient-focused programs
• Interest in flexible or compressed scheduling arrangements
• Commitment to patient-centred, community-focused care
