Your Role in our Mission: 
The Bid Director leads the Bid & Proposal Centre and is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving the end-to-end bid process. 
 
You will oversee the creation, review, and submission of high-quality, compliant, and commercially robust bids that differentiate Reward Gateway in a competitive market. 
 
The Bid Director operates as a cross-functional leader — working closely with Sales, Client Success, GTM, Legal, Finance, Public Sector, and Product to ensure we deliver bids that maximise win probability while protecting delivery integrity. 
 
This role owns the standards, processes, content libraries, and governance required for our bid function to scale.

As Bid Director, you will: 
  • Lead a high-performing bid organisation: Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to our Bid Specialists and Senior Bid Specialists. 
  • Protect commercial integrity: Ensure all bids are commercially sound, deliverable, and aligned with brand, compliance, and financial frameworks. 
  • Increase win rates: Drive improvements in bid strategy, content quality, and value positioning. 
  • Be a trusted partner to Sales & Client Success: Support the Directors of Growth and Client Success to pursue competitive opportunities with confidence.
