We exist to transform our customers and change lives

Headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, RF-SMART® is a global software company focused on delivering world-class mobile supply chain management (SCM) applications for inventory management, manufacturing, shipping, and related supply chain arenas across industries.  If you are energized by transforming customers and changing lives by bringing software features to market that solve business problems, then RF-SMART may be right for you.  If you want to work with exceptional colleagues in a positive culture, let’s connect.

As the Product Owner for Oracle Cloud SCM, you will be the critical link between our customers' supply chain challenges and the mobile solutions that solve them. You'll translate complex Oracle Cloud requirements into intuitive mobile experiences that supply chain teams actually want to use—directly impacting how our customers manage inventory, fulfill orders, and run their operations. Working at the intersection of ERP expertise and agile product development, you'll partner with engineering, product strategy, and customers to define and deliver features that drive measurable operational improvements.

This role puts you at the center of our Oracle Cloud product evolution, where your decisions directly shape how hundreds of warehouse and manufacturing teams work every day.

  • Transform prioritized requirements into clear, actionable user stories that enable Development to build features customers love and adopt quickly
  • Design optimal user experiences that seamlessly bridge mobile workflows with Oracle Cloud transactional integrity, ensuring warehouse teams work efficiently while maintaining ERP data accuracy
  • Subject matter expert with deep understanding of assigned products portfolio and a desire to continue elevating the end user experience
  • Serve as the go-to Oracle Cloud ERP expert across the organization, translating complex supply chain functionality into solutions that solve real operational problems
  • Lead discovery sessions with customers, Product Strategy, and internal stakeholders to uncover the requirements behind the requirements and identify opportunities that drive competitive advantage
  • Own the product backlog and release roadmap, prioritizing features that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business objectives
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams through design sprints and development cycles, ensuring clear communication of scope, dependencies, and success criteria
  • Execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing that validates features meet both functional requirements and deliver the intended operational outcomes
  • Partner with Development using agile methodology to maintain delivery momentum while navigating technical complexity and shifting priorities
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and proactively identify enhancement opportunities based on usage patterns, support feedback, and evolving ERP capabilities
  • Collaborate with documentation teams to ensure accurate, user-friendly guidance that accelerates customer adoption
