The Brand Ambassador will work closely with the Events & Sponsorship Department to execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about wine, customer engagement, and brand storytelling.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- →WSET Level 1 certification preferred
- →Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- →Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
- →Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
- →Strong organizational and time management skills
- →Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
- →Ability and willingness to travel
- →Must be punctual, self-motivated, and professional at all times
- →Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- →Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- →Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
- →Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- →Must be 21 years of age or older
- →Bilingual skills are a plus
Requirements
~1 min read- Current valid driver’s license with no DWI offenses
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the alcoholic beverage industry
- Uphold the highest ethical business standards and fiduciary responsibility on behalf of the company and its customers
