The Digital Content Strategist is responsible for coordinating and maintaining accurate, complete, and compliant product content across PIM systems, retailer platforms, and B2B portals. This role owns day-to-day product content management within Salsify and related systems, including new item and vintage setup, product copy, imagery, Enhanced Content, and asset readiness to ensure products are correctly represented across consumer-facing and trade environments.
Working cross-functionally with Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, and Operations, this role supports innovation launches, retailer programs, and ongoing content updates, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to execute best practices and meet retailer requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable managing multiple content workflows while ensuring data integrity and accuracy across platforms.
Responsibilities

- →Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly, with strong technical curiosity and comfort working across evolving platforms and technologies.

- →Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience enabling successful performance of job responsibilities. Equivalent experience may include supplier, distributor, or wine/CPG industry roles.
- →Project management experience, including managing large product catalogs and navigating diverse retailer and distributor requirements.
- →Experience in eCommerce, retailer/distributor environments, and/or CPG strongly preferred.
- →Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and communicate solutions clearly.
- →Strong written communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, accurate reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
- →Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information professionally and respond effectively to questions from internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- →High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort learning and working within additional company software platforms.
