San Antonio Winery, a historic and award-winning family-owned winery, is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and guest-focused General Manager to lead and elevate the hospitality experience across its Southern California locations. This role will oversee all facets of the guest journey—from wine tasting and dining to private events and retail—ensuring that every visitor receives the warmth, quality, and tradition that defines our brand.
The General Manager will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of the hospitality division, with a strong emphasis on team leadership, service standards, and delivering an authentic experience to guests.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- →7+ years of progressive leadership in hospitality, preferably within wine, food & beverage, or luxury service.
- →Demonstrated success in managing multi-unit or high-volume operations.
- →Strong financial acumen, with proven experience managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
- →Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
- →Deep understanding of Southern California hospitality trends and guest expectations.
- →Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; high emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
- →Wine knowledge and passion strongly desired
- →Willingness to work weekends and travel locally as needed.
