Our Warehouse team members are responsible for receiving materials in the warehouse, loading trucks, and processing inventory.

Must be willing to make deliveries when needed in a non-CDL vehicle, including loading and unloading your vehicle with materials.

Richards Building Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Kankakee, IL location.

1st Shift "core" hours are 7 AM to 4 PM

20 PAID DAYS OFF (includes PTO, Holidays and Family Focused Company Closure between Christmas and New Years).

Willing to fulfill warehouse duties as well as make deliveries when needed

Forklift operating experience desired

Clean driving record

Must be at least 21 years of age

Heavy Lifting experience

Must pass background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen

Must be able to continually lift 50-100 lbs. of material throughout the day. Some lifting over 100 lbs. will be required.

Loading trucks with material scheduled for the day’s deliveries within compliance of securing and distributing weight limits according to DOT regulations.

Unloading trucks and receiving merchandise at warehouse.

Move materials and items from receiving to its designated area.
