Pipe Technician

This position requires heavy physical duties on a variety of tasks which are generally either unskilled or semi-skilled in nature. Duties will vary depending on the type of work assigned to crew.

• →Install interior piping - flanged ductile iron, PVC glue-joint, copper and stainless steel press-fit.
• →Concrete hammer drilling for anchor installations.
• →Rigging and large/heavy material movement using material handlers and cranes.
• →Complete installations using layout and instructions provided by Field Manager.
• →Scaffold erection, manlift operation, working at heights and within fall protection.
• →Concrete demolition using air and electric tools.
• →Metal and pipe cutting using abrasive blades on grinders, portabands, etc.
• →Lifts, carries, and holds building materials, tools, and supplies. 
• →Cleans tools, materials, and work areas.

• 1-2 years of experience on construction sites.
• GED/High School diploma or related work experience.
• Trade School a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
