RideNow Powersports is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead our Revolution Road Harley-Davidson dealership! We're looking for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and knows how to build winning teams.

Responsibilities

→Lead by example and drive sales performance across all departments—Sales, F&I, Parts, and Service.
→Analyze key performance indicators and adapt strategy to consistently exceed revenue and profitability targets
→Cultivate a high-performing team culture through ongoing coaching, training, and accountability
→Manage the full retail sales process, including deal structuring, closing, desking, inventory flow, and customer engagement
→Partner with Regional Operations to align store performance with broader organizational objectives
→Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve issues quickly to build long-term customer relationships

5+ years in powersports dealership leadership preferred (automotive, RV, or marine industries considered)
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading successful sales teams
Experience with F&I, CRM systems, and desking tools
Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial performance metrics

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $120,000 / year
Expected Commission Range: $20,000 - $80,000 / year
Total On-Target Earnings (OTE) Range: $140,000 - $200,000 / year
