At Ripple, we’re building a world where value moves like information does today. It’s big, it’s bold, and we’re already doing it. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs.

If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value.

Ripple Treasury is accelerating to 10x product velocity, and we're hiring a Senior Manager, Product Operations to make sure our company and our customers can absorb that pace. You'll be the cross-functional driver between product and the commercial organization, owning operating cadence, quarterly planning, Early Access Programs, launch choreography, outcome measurement, and roadmap mechanics. You'll partner closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and support leadership to make sure every launch lands commercially, not just technically. You'll report directly to the VP of Global Product alongside our product portfolio leads, Product Design lead, and Product Enablement lead.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operating cadence between product and commercial: Drive the weekly and monthly rhythm with sales, customer success, marketing, and customer implementation / support leadership. Make sure roadmap changes are absorbed and the commercial machine is ready when we ship.
  • Run quarterly planning end-to-end: Choreograph stakeholder inputs, the read-out to EMT, commitment-tracking against what was planned vs. what shipped vs. what landed commercially, and the flow of information between discovery, delivery, and leadership.
  • Build and operate Early Access Programs: Own customer selection, intake, feedback collection, transition-to-GA gates, and in-program success measurement. Partner with portfolio leads on substantive product decisions and Customer Success on customer relationships.
  • Choreograph launches across the full commercial machine: Coordinate cross-functional readiness from EAP through GA: marketing messaging, sales briefing, support readiness, CS positioning. Product Enablement handles training; you handle whether the launch actually lands.
  • Instrument commercial outcomes: Adoption lift, time-to-value, expansion attached to launches, sales enablement velocity. Build the measurement framework, partnering with Product Enablement on adoption signals and portfolio leads on attribution.
  • Own roadmap mechanics and JPD hygiene: Roadmap health check-ins, Jira Product Discovery governance, and the mechanical infrastructure of the roadmap as it intersects with our commercial cadence.

  • 10+ years of experience in related roles, with 5+ years in product management and/or product operations in B2B enterprise SaaS
  • Demonstrated track record of driving commercial outcomes from a product-adjacent seat, ideally inside a sales-led organization
  • Cross-functional credibility with senior commercial leaders (VPs of Sales, CS, Marketing); able to navigate disagreements productively and earn trust across revenue functions
  • Bias toward proactive driving rather than reactive process-making; comfortable diagnosing organizational friction and designing interventions before they're increased
  • Strong analytical foundation; you can instrument outcomes, partner with analytics teams, and tell the story in numbers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence senior team members without direct authority
