Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests and internal teams when taking food and beverage orders (Ex. Provide options when taking and serving food and beverage orders)

Attend to walk-in visitors, clients, contractors and suppliers and direct them to appropriate parties (Ex. Receiving of deliveries and distributing it to appropriate parties) in a very professional manner

Provide first-level of support to routine requests from employees, guests and contractors in a timely manner (Ex. releasing of office supplies to requesting employees, printing requests)

Ensure that office facilities including reception are clean and presentable, and office equipment is in good working condition at all times. (Ex. Report a defective printer)

Conduct regular inventory of assets and supplies under the supervision of a BA Specialist or higher (Ex. Update our inventory systems and raise purchase requests for office supplies)

Maintain records and files regularly. (Ex. Asking guests to fill out our guestbook)

Coordinate with Admin team and suppliers/contractors on repair schedules and appointments

Assist the Admin team on any other activities that may be assigned to him/her (Ex. do urgent messengerial runs)

College level, Culinary school, or relevant specialized training

At least 1 year experience as a barista;

Experience as a frontdesk admin, administrative assistant, or customer service a plus

Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office or any other basic office applications

Must have demonstratable ability to creating coffee, lattes, smoothies and other drinks

Experience in an international setting is a plus
