Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $67,000- $72,000 / year (based on experience)
The Onsite Assistant Manager will support the day-to-day operations of assigned properties while assisting with administrative, operational, and resident service responsibilities. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to the needs of multiple communities. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-service oriented, and comfortable working across different sites as needed.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Assist with daily onsite operations and property management tasks
- Support communication with residents, vendors, and board members
- Assist with work order coordination and follow-up
- Conduct routine property inspections and report maintenance or operational concerns
- Support move-in/move-out processes and resident requests
- Maintain organized property records, files, and reports
- Assist with enforcing community rules and policies
- Answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist with scheduling vendors and coordinating onsite activities
- Support management with reporting, data entry, and general office tasks
- Help ensure properties maintain a professional appearance and operational efficiency
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous property management, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in condominium or multifamily communities is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with basic computer systems and office software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable traveling between multiple sites
- May support and split schedule between multiple properties
- Available to work evenings or weekends on an as-needed basis
