Provide individualized ABA Therapy to children with autism, helping them develop essential skills for success.

Work closely with Behavior Technicians to implement treatment plans, ensuring consistent and effective delivery of services.

Conduct assessments, design, and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs.

Support the professional growth of Behavior Technicians through ongoing mentorship and guidance.

Collaborate with families, providing them with the tools and support they need to continue progress outside of therapy sessions.

Ensure all services are delivered in line with ethical and professional standards.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Active, unencumbered BCBA Certification – you’re ready to hit the ground running!

Active, unencumbered MA LABA certification (or eligibility to obtain one).

Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance – we’re mobile and need you to be too!

Strong written and verbal communication skills – clear, effective communication is key in everything we do.

A passion for helping children and families succeed through ABA Therapy.

A commitment to supporting, developing, and mentoring Behavior Technicians to ensure ongoing success for the team and clients.
