✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Lead Nurse at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas✨

AJATC is a secure residential program for at-risk male and female youth, located on 110 acres just outside of Little Rock, AR. Through our trained programming for staff, AJATC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, chapel, gymnasium, medical and an outdoor recreation area.
