As a Contract and Administration Associate, you are responsible for day-day administration in support of the onboarding process at Rithum.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist with setting up supplier contracts & supplier pricing terms.
- →Handle incoming calls from customers, initiate and answer calls explaining our services.
- →Provide updates to internal database systems.
- →Initiate communications with internal teams and customer base.
- →Follow-up with customers to ensure contract maintenance.
Requirements

- Relevant experience in customer support and data entry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong customer management skills with attention to detail and customer needs.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a highly dynamic atmosphere, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work within challenging time frames.
- Excellent phone presence, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- In-depth knowledge of PC and web applications with experience in MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity and comfort using AI tools in day to day work.

We believe in transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
For this position, the expected base pay range is: $40,000-$60,000 per year.
This range represents the base pay for the role across all U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.In addition to base pay, we offer a discretionary bonus for non-sales roles, a comprehensive benefits package, and, where applicable, sales incentives.
For this position, the expected discretionary bonus is 10% of the annual base salary.
