RiverMead is a not-for-profit, full-service Lifecare Community located in Peterborough, New Hampshire. We are committed to providing exceptional care while fostering a positive and team-oriented workplace.

2nd Shift: +$2.50/hour
3rd Shift: +$3.50/hour
Weekends: +$1.50/hour (Friday 5 PM – Sunday midnight)

Responsibilities

Provide and direct nursing care to assisted living residents in accordance with RiverMead policies and the nursing process.

Conduct initial resident assessments and ongoing reassessments.

Develop, implement, and revise care plans in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, Neighborhood Coordinators, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Administer medications and perform therapeutic procedures including immunizations, wound care, and infection management.
→
Follow physician orders and make referrals to appropriate disciplines as needed.
→
Support residents’ safety, dignity, and overall well-being.
