RiverMead is a not-for-profit, full-service Lifecare Community located in Peterborough, New Hampshire. We are committed to delivering exceptional care while fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace.

2nd Shift: +$2.50/hour
3rd Shift: +$3.50/hour
Weekends: +$1.50/hour (Friday 5 PM – Sunday midnight)

Responsibilities

Provide and oversee nursing care for assisted living residents in accordance with RiverMead policies and the nursing process.

Conduct initial and ongoing resident assessments.

Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, Neighborhood Coordinators, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.

Administer medications and perform therapeutic procedures including immunizations, wound care, and infection management.
→
Follow physician orders and coordinate referrals to appropriate disciplines as needed.
→
Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being.
