RiverMead is a not-for-profit, full-service Lifecare Community located in Peterborough, New Hampshire. We are committed to delivering exceptional care while fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace.

  • 2nd Shift: +$2.50/hour

  • 3rd Shift: +$3.50/hour

  • Weekends: +$1.50/hour (Friday 5 PM – Sunday midnight)

Responsibilities

  • Provide and oversee nursing care for assisted living residents in accordance with RiverMead policies and the nursing process.

  • Conduct initial and ongoing resident assessments.

  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, Neighborhood Coordinators, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.

  • Administer medications and perform therapeutic procedures including immunizations, wound care, and infection management.

  • Follow physician orders and coordinate referrals to appropriate disciplines as needed.

  • Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire.

  • Current CPR certification.
