As Riverside Natural Foods continues to advance its digital transformation and enterprise data strategy, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Master Data to lead the evolution of our master data governance, quality, and stewardship capabilities across the organization.
This leadership role is responsible for establishing and driving the vision, governance framework, operating model, and execution of enterprise master data management across critical domains including Customer, Material, Vendor, Product, and Business Partner data. The Senior Manager will partner closely with business and technology leaders to ensure master data is trusted, accurate, consistent, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
The successful candidate will combine deep expertise in SAP Master Data Governance with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities. They will be a highly influential leader who can effectively engage and align stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to executive leadership, while promoting accountability and ownership of data across the enterprise..
Responsibilities

- Serve as the enterprise leader for master data management, providing strategic direction across all major data domains.
- Champion a culture of data ownership, stewardship, and accountability throughout the organization.
- Partner with business and BT&T leaders to drive the adoption of master data governance practices and standards.
- Establish and mature master data governance councils, decision-making forums, and stewardship models.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on data-related risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead organizational change management efforts to embed data governance into business processes and decision-making.
- Influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, functional leaders, and operational teams, to achieve enterprise-wide data objectives.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Master Data Analysts and Data Stewards.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
· Build organizational capability in data governance, stewardship, and data quality management.
· Provide coaching and guidance to business stakeholders responsible for data ownership and stewardship activities.
· Develop succession plans and growth opportunities for team members.
- Act as the business process owner and subject matter expert for SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) capabilities.
- Lead optimization of SAP S/4HANA, MDG, IBP, and related enterprise platforms supporting master data processes.
- Partner with BT&T teams to evaluate, prioritize, and implement system enhancements supporting data quality and governance objectives.
- Support data readiness activities for major digital transformation initiatives, integrations, and business change projects.
- Drive automation opportunities that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of master data processes.
- Drive the monitoring of data quality KPIs and implement proactive measures to maintain high data hygiene in collaboration with the Master Data Analysts.
- Oversee and execute data quality initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and validation.
- Provide coverage and cross-training for both Master Data Analysts, acting as a backup when required.
- Build strong relationships across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Marketing, R&D, People & Values, and BT&T functions.
- Facilitate alignment among diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities and perspectives.
- Effectively communicate complex data governance concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Influence decision-making without direct authority and successfully drive enterprise-wide adoption of standards and processes.
- Present recommendations, business cases, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership teams.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for critical master data issues and governance decisions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate master data processes across the organization.
- Benchmark industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance Riverside's data governance capabilities.
- Lead enterprise initiatives focused on improving data maturity, quality, and business value realization.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Data Management, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, ERP, or related disciplines.
- 4+ years of progressive leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Strong experience implementing and operating SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Experience leading enterprise data governance programs and organizational change initiatives.
- Experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, or related industries is preferred.
- SAP, Data Governance, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Project Management certifications are considered assets.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced, transformational environments.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Strong executive presence with the confidence to challenge the status quo constructively.
- Experience influencing, negotiating, and driving alignment among stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and the role of master data across the enterprise.
- Ability to translate business objectives into practical data governance strategies and operational plans.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
- Deep understanding of master data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Expertise in master data quality management, data stewardship, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience defining and governing enterprise data standards, policies, and controls.
- Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with frontline teams, functional leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Proven capability to influence without authority and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Skilled at building credibility, trust, and consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
