2nd Shift (E Shift); Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5pm - 5am AND Monday 5pm - 11pm

• →Performs physical counts of inventory items in order to maintain accurate inventory.
• →Counts and reconciles randomly chosen or chosen part numbers and/or locations on a daily basis.
• →Accurately inputs inventory control data to ensure inventory integrity.
• →Completes necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on-time.
• →Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
• →Use of motorized equipment including: Order Picker, Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-Up Reach Truck
• →Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.

• →Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• →Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• →Ensures compliance to inventory processes and procedures, and contractual obligations.
• →Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets.
• →Utilize computer terminal to properly account for inventory issues, returns, and documentation.

• Minimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training in Inventory Control.
• Minimum 1-3 months related experience and/or training in warehouse environment.
• Experience operating a forklift and cherry picker/high lift.
• Experience using WMS software a plus (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read and write emails.
• Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets.
• Forklift certification a plus.
