Part of the group, Robert Plumb Horticulture is the specialised services business responsible for the ongoing care and maintenance of landscape projects created by Dangar Barin Smith. It is also skilled at implementing the soft landscaping in smaller-scale projects created by the consultancy practice. Our team of qualified landscape and horticulture professionals service clients in the Sydney metropolitan area as well as projects in regional NSW.

We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Horticulturist to join our dedicated team.

About the Role

Assist in leading and supporting the team, including day to day on-site management as required
Landscape gardening
Garden maintenance
Cultivation and planting
Pest and disease management
Workplace, health and safety advocate
Support and development of junior team members and apprentices

Requirements

Preferably a Qualification in Horticulture (candidates without a qualification will still be considered)
Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred (1+ years)
Passion for horticulture and landscape design
Strong communication
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management
Ability to work in a physically demanding role, in all weather conditions
Driver's licence essential
White card
