• →Partner with designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality visual assets that maintain consistency across Robinhood's products
• →Serve as the team's go-to resource for icon design, illustration, 3D assets, and motion support, ensuring everything integrates with the existing design system
• →Build and maintain AI-powered workflows — using tools like Midjourney, ComfyUI, and VV — to create scalable, repeatable asset production processes
• →Develop automation tools that enable the broader team to generate and iterate on batches of assets more efficiently
• →Take proactive ownership of creative systems and processes, identifying opportunities to modernize and scale output
• →Champion visual craft and quality across high-impact product launches

• 8+ years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio demonstrating scalable systems work
• Sophisticated visual craft across typography, color, composition, and motion, with the judgment to apply it within a mature design system
• Hands-on experience with AI generation tools (Midjourney, ComfyUI, or equivalent) and the ability to build and adapt workflows — not just use them
• A systems-ownership mindset: you proactively identify gaps, build infrastructure, and improve processes
• Proficiency with Figma; experience with scripting or coded tools for asset automation is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence design quality across cross-functional teams
