At Rocketship Public Schools, we believe in the infinite possibility of human potential. We believe that every student deserves the right to dream, to discover, and to develop their unique potential. And it is our responsibility and our privilege to unleash the potential inside every Rocketeer we serve. Our non-profit network of public elementary charter schools propels student achievement, develops exceptional educators, and partners with parents who enable high-quality public schools to thrive in their community. We are a collective of parents, teachers, leaders, and students working together to transform the future for underserved communities across our country. At Rocketship Public Schools, we are unleashing potential.

This role plays a key part in strengthening school culture, cultivating student joy, and creating meaningful opportunities for creativity, movement, and self-expression throughout the instructional day. The ECC will also support targeted small-group literacy interventions for students.

At Rocketship Public Schools, we believe students thrive when learning is active, joyful, and dynamic. Our current enrichment offerings at Rocketship include Physical Education (PE), with plans to expand our programming based on the strengths and passions of incoming candidates. We are especially excited to explore opportunities to incorporate Dance as an enrichment offering, bringing additional movement, creativity, and joy into the elementary school experience. Candidates with backgrounds in Dance, Art, Music, or other movement-based enrichment areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
