About the role
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Multi-media Specialist to elevate ROGII’s visual and digital presence. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our multimedia content—from producing polished video assets to keeping our technical and webinar audiences engaged and ensuring our social media channels run like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will be diverse, fast-paced, and highly collaborative as you support the Marketing team. Your primary focus will be on multimedia content creation:
1. Video Production & Editing
- Transform software screen recording footage into high-quality, engaging video content for product launches, tutorials, case studies, and social media campaigns.
- Handle post-production including cutting, motion, captions, and callouts
- Maintain the ROGII brand identity across all video assets, ensuring visual consistency and high production value.
2. Webinar Management & Moderation
- Serve as the moderator for live and on-demand webinars. (This is backstage work, you will help the host but not be on camera.)
- Manage pre-production setups including speaker tech checks, platform configuration, and storyboard reviews.
- Facilitate live events by smoothly managing scenes, troubleshooting technical hiccups on the fly, and ensuring a seamless experience for both presenters and attendees.
3. Repurpose Content Across Channels
- Convert webinar recordings into blogs and social media posts
- Capture high-quality screenshots for website, catalogs, and social media
- Transcribe internal demos and convert to content fit-for-purpose
4. Content Scheduling & Distribution
- Own the multimedia content calendar, ensuring a consistent stream of high-impact visual assets across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and our website.
- Partner with the Content Marketing Manager to align multimedia assets with broader copy, SEO/AEO strategies, and campaign deadlines.
- Optimize and tag video content for maximum reach, engagement, and discoverability on all digital channels.
- Support Marketing Events as needed to obtain and share content.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a mix of technical execution and creative flair. If you get excited about making complex B2B tech look visually compelling, you'll fit right in.
Must Have
- 1-2 years experience in video editing, digital media production, or multimedia marketing (B2B background is a plus; geological industry knowledge is preferred but not required)
- Video editing skills: Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Design tools: Figma, Canva, or Photoshop for collaboration and asset work
- Organization: Strong project management instincts, with working knowledge of tools like Jira, Asana, Miro, and Zapier
- Fast learner: You pick up new software quickly and can turn around and teach it to others
- Visual acuity: You know how to compose high-quality screenshots that are informative and visually compelling
Nice to Have

- Experience with Webflow or another CMS
- Knowledge of OBS Studio for high-quality screen recordings
- Livestreaming or webinar platform experience (e.g. Streamyard, Contrast, Microsoft Teams)
- You know how to use AI to enhance your work
- Geological industry experience.
