We are looking for a commercially minded Head of Marketing to build and lead Roko Labs' marketing function.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, consulting, and technology. You will be responsible for creating and executing a marketing strategy that directly supports revenue growth, strengthens our market positioning, and equips the sales team with compelling content and tools.
As our first senior marketing leader, you will define how Roko Labs goes to market, shape our messaging, establish our content engine, and create the systems and processes that turn marketing into a predictable contributor to pipeline and revenue.
You will work closely with leadership across sales, product, and delivery to translate our expertise, client outcomes, and technical capabilities into clear and credible stories that resonate with enterprise buyers and startup decision-makers.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with execution excellence and is excited to build a modern B2B marketing function from the ground up.
Responsibilities

- →Develop and execute Roko Labs' overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- →Define positioning, messaging, and differentiation for our consulting services, technical solutions, and industry expertise.
- →Build the marketing roadmap, priorities, KPIs, and reporting framework.
- →Establish scalable processes, tools, and workflows for content creation, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
- Build marketing programs that generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with target accounts, buyer personas, and sales priorities.
- Develop and optimize account-based and inbound marketing initiatives.
- Create campaigns that support each stage of the buyer journey.
- Measure and improve marketing contribution to pipeline, win rates, and revenue.
- Build and maintain a robust library of sales enablement assets, including:
- Case studies
- Pitch decks
- One-pagers and solution briefs
- Proposal and RFP materials
- Battle cards and objection-handling content
- Collaborate with sales on active opportunities and strategic pursuits.
- Ensure sales teams have timely, high-quality content that helps move deals forward.
- Develop a content strategy that positions Roko Labs as a trusted advisor in product development, software engineering, AI, and digital transformation.
- Oversee creation of:
- Website content
- Blog articles
- White papers
- Success stories
- Industry insights
- Executive thought leadership
- Ensure content is tailored to technical and business audiences.
- Lead end-to-end case study creation by interviewing internal stakeholders and clients.
- Translate delivery work into compelling narratives with measurable business impact.
- Build a structured repository of proof points that support sales conversations.
- Work closely with sales and leadership to refine target segments, service offerings, and value propositions.
- Support launch of new services, capabilities, and strategic initiatives.
- Continuously evolve messaging based on market feedback and competitive insights.
- Own website messaging and conversion optimization.
- Drive SEO strategy to increase organic visibility and lead generation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, drafting, personalization, and optimization.
- Implement AI-driven workflows while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
We are looking for a strategic marketer who understands how to connect marketing activities to revenue outcomes.
You should be equally comfortable shaping high-level strategy, collaborating with senior sales leaders, and rolling up your sleeves to write, edit, and launch campaigns.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in one or more of the following environments:
- IT consulting
- Technology services
- Software development agencies
- Product consultancies
- Digital transformation firms
- Proven track record of building marketing strategies that generate pipeline and support revenue growth.
- Strong sales enablement experience and close partnership with sales teams.
- Excellent content and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating case studies and translating complex technical concepts into business value.
- Solid understanding of modern GTM strategies, buyer journeys, and B2B sales cycles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and measure impact.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
