What You’ll Do:

✔ Process and verify title applications and related documents

✔ Ensure accuracy and compliance with state regulations

✔ Maintain organized files and track title status

✔ Handle basic accounting tasks, including checkbook and daily summaries

✔ Support the team with general administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

✅ Previous experience in a title clerk, DMV, or related administrative role (automotive or marine a plus!)
✅ Familiarity with Texas title processing and DMV requirements
✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills
✅ Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
✅ Customer-service mindset and a can-do attitude
