Supply Chain Officer

The Supply Chain Administrative Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Supply Chain Department, with a focus on supplier master data, SRM system administration, material classification, warehouse coordination, and cross-functional support. The role helps ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and effective collaboration between Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Coordinate SRM system administration, interfaces, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.

2. Maintain accurate supplier and material master data, including classifications, coding, and qualification information.

3. Support supplier onboarding, data validation, and consistency across ERP, SRM, and other systems.

4. Provide administrative support, including document control, reporting, meeting coordination, records management, and departmental procurement requests.

5. Coordinate warehouse-related documentation, material requests, inventory information, reconciliations, and system transactions.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related environment.

• Strong knowledge of supplier and material master data, ERP/SRM systems, and administrative processes.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders.

• Willingness to work in Brokopondo on a rotational schedule of 14 days of work followed by 7 days break

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required; proficiency in Mandarin is considered an advantage.

• If selected, you will be required to submit a Police Clearance Certificate (“Bewijs van Goed Gedrag”). Please initiate the request at your respective District Commissariat.
