Responsibilities: Supervise and schedule service technicians for repairs and maintenance. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Act as the primary customer contact, addressing service needs and concerns. Train and mentor technicians, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. Oversee documentation, compliance, and identify service opportunities. Requirements: 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of chillers, boilers, RTUs 50Tons + and split systems. EPA Certification required. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug testing. Leadership, scheduling, and team management skills. Lift 75 lbs, work at heights, and operate tools safely.
