About the Position:

Rowe Casa is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Specialist to join our team at our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to manufacture syrups, which is where Rowe Casa started. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) manufacturing facility and possess a strong understanding of food safety protocols and procedures. The Kitchen Specialist will work closely with the production team to ensure the highest quality standards are met in the manufacturing process. This position is currently on a rotating 4x10 schedule and the hours are 7:30am-6:30pm.  This position is located in New Boston, TX and will report directly to the Kitchen Supervisor.


Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Manufacture syrups according to established recipes and production schedules.
  • Complete (with training) understanding and knowledge of each syrup product and the proper manufacturing process.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, cookers, and packaging machinery.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in culinary arts or food science is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in a GMP-compliant manufacturing facility, preferably in food or beverage production.
  • Strong understanding of food safety principles and practices, including HACCP and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, recipes, and standard operating procedures accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate production issues or concerns.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed to meet production demands.

 

Schedule:

Full-time, 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM, with occasional overtime required.

Note: This schedule is on a rotating 4/10 schedule.
