• →Manage and oversee a profitable restaurant by driving sales and performance initiatives focused on guest satisfaction, people development, and excellent brand standards.
• →Train, motivate, and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility and safe environment.
• →Using excellent communication and effective decision-making skills, professionally manage customer feedback by resolving and addressing guests’ unique needs.
• →Lead the restaurant’s recruitment and selection process to build and maintain an effective restaurant team.
• →Create and maintain a positive culture through coaching and feedback while effectively managing individual and team recognition programs.
• →Delegate shift assignments and create schedules that adhere to proper staffing levels based on expected sales volumes and labor controls.
• →Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness while ensuring the team works safely and follows all safety protocols, guidelines, and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of QSR/Fast Casual restaurant management experience, with prior experience working with P&L.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• SERV Safe Food Safety certification.
• Must have reliable transportation.
