Examination Administration: Implement and enforce Pearson's /Cambridge examination policies and procedures. Oversee the registration process for candidates, including the distribution and collection of examination materials. Scheduling and communication of examination timetables. Submission of entries, accurately and on time Provide guidance to candidates and examinees on examination day procedures · responding to students’ and parents’ enquiries with regards to exams · Managing the examinations budget effectively · Coordinating with the Principals regarding applications for examinations and fees structure. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate registrations, attendance, and examination results. Generate and distribute reports as required by relevant educational authorities. Maintain accurate and secure records of exam results. Generate reports and statistical analyses to assess the overall performance of candidates. Result Processing & Grading Oversee the grading process, through automated systems. Ensure consistency and fairness in the evaluation of exam process Compile and process exam results. Prepare and distribute result reports to relevant stakeholders. Feedback and Appeals: Handle requests for exam reevaluation or appeals. Provide constructive feedback to candidates on their performance Communicate effectively with students, school, and other stakeholders regarding exam-related information. Address inquiries and concerns related to exams Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of the examination processes. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and fairness. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for examination invigilators and other personnel involved in the examination process. Stay informed about updates to Pearson's/ Cambridge examination policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance · enrolling and management of invigilation team · Providing staff invigilation training · Ensuring that academic staff produce the required “picture of need” over the academic year to support the Cambridge expectations. Venue Coordination: Liaise with exam venues and ensure that they meet Pearson's /Cambridge standards for security, accessibility, and compliance. Conduct pre-examination venue inspections to identify and address any potential issues. Communication and Service: · Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, examination centers, and candidates. Communicate relevant information regarding examination schedules, procedures, and outcomes. Address inquiries and concerns from stakeholders in a professional and timely manner. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the administration of examinations to ensure compliance with Pearson's/ Cambridge quality standards. Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations from established procedures. Exam Logistics Management: Coordinate and organize the logistics of Pearson / Cambridge examinations, including venue selection, seating arrangements, and equipment setup. Ensure the secure transportation and storage of examination materials. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address logistical challenges and resolve issues promptly Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant educational or regulatory standards. Stay informed about changes in policies and regulations related to examinations.
