Facility Supervisor

01. Promote safe school environ Facility Safety & Security · Overlook the entire premises security function including the car park. · Carry out a risk assessment liaison with Principal and other stakeholders and develop a security plan. · ment for all stakeholders. · Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as office, conference rooms, parking slots and outdoor recreation spaces. · Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system CCTV consulting with security professionals in order to maintain security standards. · To develop and implement effective security strategies and protocols to protect the premises against threats, theft and other risks by utilizing required number of security personnel and equipment. Develop security SOPs in Line with the security plan 02. Facility Maintenance. · Maintain daily maintenance log for each section and conduct regular maintenance according to a schedule. · Serve as the focal point for engineering break downs and take immediate remedial action. · Archive technical layout documents, when necessary. · Schedule routing inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors. · Ensure clean and orderly work environment. · Monitoring the safety and smooth operation of all passenger and cargo elevators, fire pumps and their routing and scheduled servicing of the respective servicing dealers and also maintain proper service agreements with respective agencies. · Inspect, test, repair and maintain all fire equipment, life safety system and water supply with respective fire agency. 03. Emergency Response and crisis Management · Formulate Fire safety plan and brief all staff. · Sign post emergency route / assembly areas. · Regularly check the conditions of fire fitting equipment. · Arrange first aid requirements and evacuation plans. · Conducting awareness sessions and rehearsals. Respond to encouraged as quickly as possible both during working and non-working hours. 04. Supervision · Oversee the work of maintenance janitorial and security staff. · Use performance management tools to monitor staff performance and recommend agreeable service levels. · Maintaining day to day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders. 05. Inventory Management · Manage the facility inventory of all capital and engineering items. 06. Compliance · Ensure compliance of the operational buildings with government regulations, laws and institutional policies. · Stay updated with regulatory changes. · Build up strong relationships with local authorities. 07. Additional Duties: · As per the requirements of the department and organization operation, taking over any additional duties and responsibilities related to successful continuance of the organization functions.
