Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and retention Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with school objectives Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary matters professionally Support staff development, training, and performance management processes Ensure compliance with labor laws and best HR practices Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture ? Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in an HR managerial role (experience in the education sector is an advantage) Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism ?
