Being a pioneer in the education sector, Royal Institute has maintained a tradition of providing quality education to students for 50 years. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive - Marketing & Brand Management and communication to join our team. Job Summary In this role, you will be reporting to the Group Manager – Marketing and will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the reputation and visibility of the Royal Institute (Pvt). Ltd. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing principles, brand management strategies, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning Collaborate with senior management to develop marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals, while analyzing market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities to promote programs and initiatives. 2. Brand Management Maintain and strengthen the institute’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and enhancing brand visibility and reputation. 3. Team Leadership Lead and support the marketing team by fostering a collaborative environment, encouraging creativity, and promoting professional growth. 4. Digital Marketing Oversee digital platforms including website, SEO/SEM, email, and social media, using analytics to track performance and improve engagement. 5. Marketing Campaigns Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events to effectively reach target audiences. Qualifications: · A Business/Marketing degree and/or a professional qualification in marketing from a reputed institute. · Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity preferably in the education sector. · Strong interpersonal, communication skills with excellent fluency in English language. · An energetic individual and good team player with the right attitude. · Must be a self-starter, analytical thinker with ability to create a high-level strategic view. · Proven experience in website management, content creation, and digital marketing. · Expert knowledge and understanding about marketing, branding, and target audience. · Pro-active individual with sound judgment and outside-in thinking abilities. · Outstanding organizational, leadership and time-management abilities. · Project planning and management skills.
