Software Engineer (C#/SQL/React)

About the Role

RPMGlobal (RPM) is seeking a Software Engineer with advanced C#/SQL experience to join our MinVu development team. This is a permanent full-time role based in our Brisbane CBD headquarters. This position is in-office; however, it allows for ad hoc working from home. 

You will contribute to delivering high-quality, reliable software for RPM’s MinVu team. MinVu is a Data Intelligence Platform that collects, validates, augments, and standardises data, empowering users to make safer, smarter, and more informed decisions to drive their operations forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, robust software solutions
• Perform analysis, testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Contribute to technical documentation and provide ongoing product support
• Ensure code meets quality standards and aligns with corporate objectives

About you

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with C# and SQL
• Proven track record in developing commercial engineering or technical applications
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in React / MUI
• Tertiary qualification in Software Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• Strong command of the English language in both verbal and written form.
• Must have the legal right to work in Australia

Highly Regarded Experience

• Experience in the mining industry
• Development of multithreaded systems
• Familiarity with DevExpress UI components
• Contribution to large-scale, complex software projects
• Experience with Azure DevOps / YAML pipelines
