Software Engineers (WPF/React)

About the Role

RPMGlobal (RPM) is seeking multiple Software Engineers with 5+ years of experience in C# development to join our development team. This is a permanent full-time role based in our Brisbane CBD headquarters. This position is in-office; however, it allows for ad hoc working from home. 

We are looking for software engineers who will contribute to delivering high-quality, reliable software for RPM’s market-leading enterprise solutions used by mining professionals globally. RPM’s advanced platforms combine geological data, engineering intelligence, and powerful algorithms to enable smarter decision-making across complex and dynamic mining environments.

This is an opportunity for a smart, innovative, self-motivated Software Engineer to join a distributed team of like-minded people who develop world-class software using a practical, agile-based modern development methodology certified to ISO 9001. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, robust software solutions
• Perform analysis, testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Contribute to technical documentation and provide ongoing product support
• Ensure code meets quality standards and aligns with corporate objectives

About you

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with C#
• Demonstrated experience with WPF, React, or WinForms
• Proven track record in developing commercial engineering or technical applications
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in SQL Server development
• Tertiary qualification in Software Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• Strong command of the English language in both verbal and written form
• Must have the legal right to work in Australia

Highly Regarded Experience

• Experience in the mining industry.
• Development of multithreaded systems
• Familiarity with DevExpress UI components
• Contribution to large-scale, complex software projects
• Experience developing for the Microsoft Azure platform
