- →Enter data into the ticketing system accurately
- →Assist customers in choosing the right materials for their job
- →Handle payments and count money
- →Communicate with customers, drivers, supervisors, and other team members
- →Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Comfortable working in a busy, outdoor quarry setting (not an office or call center job)
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Windows-based programs
- Good math skills and attention to detail
- Able to work with customers and drivers in-person and over the phone
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to work overtime when needed
- Familiarity with Flatrock, Broadway, Harrisonburg, and surrounding areas is a plus
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
- Good at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and helpful attitude
- Previous customer service and data entry experience preferred
