As an Account Coordinator on our Professional Services Team, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients, internal teams, and day-to-day project operations to ensure work moves efficiently and successfully from kickoff through completion. 


This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow within an agency environment. You’ll help support our teams so they can do their best work for our clientswhile building valuable experience across strategy, creative, project management, and client service. 


What You’ll Do 

  • Support multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, helping ensure work stays on track, on budget, and on schedule.  
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact for assigned accounts when appropriate, building strong relationships with clients and internal teammates.  
  • Bring solutions and recommendations to conversations rather than simply taking orders.  
  • Support internal teams through project execution by helping coordinate timelines, deliverables, communication, and follow-through.  
  • Complete project briefs, understand creative briefs, and provide clear direction and information to internal teams.  
  • Manage assigned projects from start to finish, including opening jobs, assigning tasks, allocating internal resources, and completing quality assurance checks.  
  • Assist with managing project budgets, timelines, and the day-to-day operations of accounts.  
  • Coordinate with external vendors to support successful project execution.  
  • Support Account Managers and Project Managers on larger or more complex accounts and campaigns.  
  • Build an understanding of how an agency operates across departments and disciplines.  
  • Ensure clear and timely communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout projects.  
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail across all workstreams and deliverables.  


What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.  
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, client service, project coordination, or a related role.  
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.  
  • Ability to build respectful, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify solutions and anticipate needs.  
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about clients’ businesses, industries, customers, and competitors.  
  • Understanding of marketing communications, project workflows, and budget management fundamentals.  
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.  
  • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and actively contribute to a positive team environment.  
  • Understanding and alignment with Flint Group values, including taking initiative, staying curious, and being the person others want to work with.
