Customer Service Representative

Regional Utilities has been a trusted provider of water and wastewater services in South Walton since 1985. Formed through a franchise agreement with Walton County, Regional Utilities was established to ensure that this fast-growing coastal region receives dependable, high-quality utility services.  Through the agreement, we have the exclusive right to construct, operate, and maintain the critical infrastructure that supports the health, economy, and environment of the communities we serve.

This is a position responsible for customer service, utility billing, and general clerical work while performing both complex and varied duties demonstrating good judgement with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and make effective decisions. This position has frequent contact with the public.

Requirements include:

• Handling high call volume of phones at times
• Computer skills to include EXCEL and MSWord
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience or good skills
