In this role, you'll assist customers by phone, email, and in person, while supporting inside sales activities and Will Call operations in our warehouse.

Responsibilities

→Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
→Process orders and maintain accurate documentation
→Answer inbound and outbound customer calls
→Recommend products based on customer needs
→Build and maintain strong customer relationships
→Coordinate orders and logistics to support customer projects
→Assist customers with Will Call pickups and order fulfillment

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish
5+ years of customer service, inside sales, will call, administrative, or related experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

2+ years of building materials or construction industry experience
Distribution, warehouse, or counter sales experience
