Rumble is seeking a UX Designer who will shape and enhance how users and creators experience our products every day.

Responsibilities

→Translate product requirements, concepts, and research into meaningful, engaging user experiences for Web, Mobile App and OTT formats
→Evolve layouts and interaction patterns over time, helping shape and refine our visual language and Design System.
→Contribute to product direction by bringing a user‑centered lens to roadmap discussions and longer‑term planning.
→Design intuitive, elegant flows and experiences as well as low to high fidelity prototypes for executive reviews
→Proactively create and update design documentation
→Plan and participate in usability studies and other forms of user research, then turn findings into concrete design decisions.

→Champion and mature our brand guidelines throughout our product portfolio; actively participate in the development of a Design System for our existing digital products including visual styles, components, pattern libraries, and documentation
→Experience driving UX work that spans multiple cross-functional teams or product areas, aligning stakeholders around shared patterns and outcomes to ensure a smooth development process

Requirements

5+ years of experience designing native mobile apps, responsive web, and OTT apps with a strong portfolio of design work
Strong expertise in Figma, and other design tools
Strong organizational skills and performs with a high degree of diligence
Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities
Proactive and motivated by challenges
Experience with creating/maintaining components, pattern libraries, and guidelines documentation
Ability to translate constructive criticism to enhanced results
Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and people skills

Preferred Qualification:

Strong understanding of branding
Experience in a marketing design agency / designing marketing assets

Annual Compensation Range:

$97,000 - $115,000 USD base + benefits + equity (If based in the United States)

$81,000 - $100,000 CAD base + benefits + equity (If based in Canada)

Note: The salary range listed for this position is a good faith estimate based on experience, qualifications, and internal compensation structure. The actual salary offered varies depending on the candidate's skill level and experience.
