• →Manage estimating workflow to provide complete proposals before bid deadlines
• →Assist customers with technical information and pricing during pre-construction
• →Review plans and specifications to determine our scope of work and the most effective production methods
• →Define scopes of work for various trades and distribute subcontract bid packages
• →Recommend and review preferred subcontractors on each job to Project Managers
• →Solicit written quotes for hard materials and site furnishings
• →Submit plant lists to Purchaser to be sourced and priced
• →Complete plan take-off and enter bid information into the company’s preferred software program
• →Assign or propose profit margins based on current pricing guidelines
• →Review bids with Branch and Division Managers based on approval limits
• →Participate in pre-job and post-job meetings

• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
• Ability to build relationships with subcontractors and customers
• Experience with Estimating Software desired 
• Strong oral and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Basic understanding of business math and reporting
• 1 Year minimum experience preferred, but not necessary for entry-level candidates
