Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Obtain a thorough understanding of our service process and scheduling techniques
- →Effectively set appointments with calendars for our service department utilizing the training and platforms given
- →Communicate with customers via phone call, text, email accurately, politely, and with urgency (upholding the SPF 5 Star Customer Experience)
- →Manage the Service phone line and Service email inbox
- →Set appointments and manage schedules for service technicians
- →Audit technician calendars for efficiency and accuracy (times, addresses, etc)
- →Gather accurate information via phone or text to gain a clear understanding of customer needs
- →Maintain accurate data entry
- →Monitor the Return to Customer reports for both Service and Installation to ensure a quick turnaround for second trips
- →Assist the Install Coordinators with install returns that could be handled by a service technician, so the team can continue to focus on new revenue on the board
- →Work closely with the rest of the Coordination team to prioritize any scheduling that needs to be done
- →Maintain a sense of urgency
- →Maintain clear, concise communication
- →Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes as SPF grows
- →Learn our product enough to be able to assist with troubleshooting
- →Work closely with our Service Lead - Provide feedback from customers, Provide feedback on technicians and Work closely to examine how we can better develop our processes/systems
- →All other duties as assigned

- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- 1-3 years of coordination experience
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Annual base salary range: $48,000- $50,000
- Monthly bonus opportunities when revenue goals are achieved (eligible after 90 days)
