Role Purpose

We are looking for a Senior AI Consultant to join our UX team within the AI Practice, supporting one of our customers in the Netherlands.

This role is responsible for leading AI consultancy, journey design and optimisation activities, working directly with customer stakeholders to shape automated experiences that drive containment, improve service performance and deliver measurable value.

The role requires a strong Dutch‑speaking consultant who can run workshops, influence decision‑making, steer customer thinking, and ensure solutions align with best practice. You will identify and define new use cases, evaluate opportunities for automation, and help evolve the service to meet customer and operational goals.
