About the Role

This role is a unique blend of HR Operations and HR Business Partnering, responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle—from hire to retire—while delivering an exceptional employee experience.
The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence with strong business partnering capabilities, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees while ensuring seamless execution of HR programs, policies, and processes.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days of accepting an offer.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Partner with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Coach managers on people-related matters and help foster a high-performance culture.
- Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and employee-related matters.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Ensure a seamless and positive employee experience throughout the hire-to-retire journey.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across HR programs and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment regulations, and audit requirements.

- Support programs focused on employee wellbeing, recognition, communication, and inclusion.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and a positive employee experience.
