We’re looking for an experienced agency recruiter who enjoys building relationships, developing business, and working within a specialist market. If you’re currently running a 360 desk and want to grow it within a global brand with strong support, we’d love to speak with you
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Developing Client Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- →Running a 360 Desk: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from new business development and client briefing to candidate sourcing and offer management
- →Growing Your Specialism: Become a trusted expert within the market, advising clients and candidates alike
- →Business Development: Identify new opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- →Revenue Growth: Build a sustainable, profitable desk with long-term client relationship
- 1+ years’ experience in a 360-recruitment agency role (essential)
- Current experience recruiting within Tech (essential)
- A track record of billing and building client relationships.
- Confidence in business development and client conversations.
- A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a high-performing team.
