Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Member Specialist, you'll wear many hats—from fulfillment and shipping to member hospitality and building upkeep. This isn’t a traditional warehouse job. It's a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role where you’ll help real small business owners thrive every day.
Whether you're unloading a container, jumping into a kitting project, or answering a service request, you'll be a vital part of our Elastic Workforce (e-Force), supporting logistics needs and operational excellence in your market.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Receive, unload, and organize inventory and delivery items.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory audits, returns processing, and kitting.
- Track inbound/outbound shipments and escalate issues as needed.
- Open and close the building following operational checklists.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness across warehouse, kitchen, and shared spaces.
- Monitor the delivery dock and ensure smooth handoffs with drivers.
- Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve facility issues.
- Offer hands-on support with logistics tasks and suite upkeep.
- Engage with Members on the floor—answering questions and providing help.
- Triage member service requests and escalate when needed.
- Be an on-site ambassador for the Saltbox brand and experience.

Requirements
~1 min read- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (reasonable accommodations provided).
- Comfortable using tools like Slack, Gmail, and MacBooks.
- Physical stamina to bend, climb, and move inventory.
- Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
